Terms and Conditions
COURSE BOOKING
Booking can be made online via our website www.thebrainpeople.co.uk. Select the 'BOOK NOW' link from the top menu then simply click on the appropriate booking link underneath the course you wish to attend. Payment will be taken either in one lump sum or over 2, 3 or 4 monthly installments (interest free). More than 20 days before course start date The Brain People's service team will send you a course booking form, once the booking form is recieved fully completed and the your invoice is paid in full your place on the course will be 100% confirmed.
PAYMENT
Full course fees must be made 10 working days in advance of the course start date. All website prices include VAT.
ATTENDANCE INSTRUCTIONS
You will be sent joining instructions at least 7 working days prior to the course commencing, which will contain details of the location, start times and other relevant details.
CANCELLATIONS & TRANSFER
If a participant requests a transfer to an alternative course and the request is received less than 40 days and more than 20 days of the original course start date there will be an administration charge of £30 for NLP Foundation and £150 for NLP Practitioner or NLP Master Practitioner. If a participant fails to attend the course all fees are forfeited.
30 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE
Customers can cancel within 30 days of making a booking and all paid fees will be fully refunded using the same method of payment, this falls under our '30 Day Money Back Gaurantee'. After this time, no cancellation policy is in place, however we do offer customers the right to attend the same course on an alternative date for an administation fee (see above).
CANCELLATION BY THE BRAIN PEOPLE LTD
The company reserves the right to change dates and venues, giving as much notice as possible. The Brain People Limited reserves the right to alter the course content, location or cancel any course at any time without liability. If a venue is changed due to unforseen circumsances we will attempt to provide the same level of facilities that the original advertised venue offered.
COURSE CONFIRMATION
We aim to send you the course booking form more than 20 days before the course start date. If you do not hear from us before this time please contact us immediately. 100% confirmation of you place will only be issued once full payment has been made at least 10 days before the course start date.
FEES
The fees for all of our courses include the ITA NLP Trainer lead tuition, material, certifications, morning and afternoon light refreshments. An hour lunch break is providing each day on all of our courses which allows customers to take a lunch break.
100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
A customer attending any of courses has the right to a full refund by the same method of payment that was made when booking if they feel unsatisfied. All materials must be returned in the same condition they were issued in and an claim must be made before 14:00 on the first day of the course.
OWNERSHIP AND QUALITY OF INFORMATION
Legal and beneficial title to all intellectual property rights existing in any documentation, data, know-how, methods and concepts, used or developed by us in providing the services, shall, as between you and us, belong to and remain vested in us.
All conditions or warranties (whether expressed or implied by statute or common law or arising from conduct or a previous course of dealing or trade custom or usage or otherwise) as to the quality of the session materials we supply or their fitness for a particular purpose (even if that purpose is made known expressly or by implication to us) are expressly excluded.
DATA
When you place an order, all personal data provided to us will be used in accordance with data protection laws and our privacy policy. NLP Practitioner and NLP Master Practitioner certificates are approved by the American Body of Neuro Linguistic Programming. As such some of your data will also be shared with that third party for the use of certification.
OUR PROMISE
We will use all reasonable care and skill in providing the services you order under this agreement, but we do not guarantee any results of the services. Any decision you make having received any of our services are your own and you remain wholly responsible for any decisions and actions you take.
CERTIFICATION
we reserve the right not to issue any certification if we feel that the student has not proved their abilities in the standards required for the particular course of attendance. The student will be invited to reattend the same course at a future date free of charge. All students will be accessed on each course before certification is awarded, the ITA NLP Trainers will make the final decision.
UNFORSEEN EVENTS
We are entitled to delay or reduce the level and/or scope of service(s) (including session materials) if we are prevented from or hindered or delayed in obtaining or delivering the services (including session materials) as a result of any circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
GENERAL ISSUES
This agreement is the entire agreement between us and it supersedes any previous agreement between us relating to any services we provide, unless otherwise agreed in writing by us both. We both agree that by entering into this agreement, neither of us has relied on, and is not able to have any remedy, for any statement, promise, representation or understanding (whether it is made negligently or innocently) or any person other than what is expressly promised in this agreement. The only remedy available for breach of the promises in this agreement is for breach of contract. Nothing in this paragraph attempts to limit of exclude any liability for fraud.
No failure or delay in enforcing any of our rights under this agreement will prejudice or restrict those rights. If we waive our rights to require you to comply with this agreement it will not operate as a waiver or any further exercise of the right and a waiver of any breach will not operate as a waiver of any subsequent breach.
We both agree that each provision of this agreement is severable and distinct from any other. If any part of this agreement is found to be illegal, invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part, we both agree that the legality, validity and enforceability of the remainder of the agreement is not affected.
No terms of this agreement are intended for the benefit of any third party, except where expressly stated in this agreement, and we both agree that it is not intended that and the term of this agreement should be enforceable by a third party under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999. If you choose to make an order, these terms and conditions only apply to that order and not to any future orders.
Bookings are subject to the terms and conditions. Bookings cannot be 100% confirmed until full payment has been received. All requests for cancellations and transfers must be confirmed in writing and will only be accepted if received more that 20 calender days before the course commences. If cancellation or transfer request is received less than 20 days before the course start date, or if a delegate fails to attend, then all of the course fees are forfeit.

The information, techniques and exercises provided within this website and on all of our courses are for educational purposes only. Do not use the techniques or exercises contained within this website or trained during the courses whilst driving or operating machinery, or if you suffer from epilepsy, clinical depression or any other nervous or psychiatric condition.
